TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and your use of the website or purchase of our classes, events, memberships or products following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. To ensure you keep up to date we recommend you read through these terms and conditions on a regular basis.

Operational service

These terms apply any time you make a booking to attend one of our classes, purchase one of our passes, or purchase one of our memberships. If anything in this document differs from what you have been told by our People, this document will take precedence.

We reserve the right to add to, change or remove our operational procedures from time to time. These changes include but are not limited to changes to operating hours, opening days, closing for refurbishment or public holidays, and amending class types, styles, teachers and times All changes will appear on our website or in the studio.

We do not allow personal items such as, phones, photographs, bags or any personal affects on any students Yoga Mat. 

All items should be placed away, at the back of the studio, in the shelving area provided. 

The studio is a neutral, Trauma informed space, and Teachers reserve the right to ask anyone who does not adhere to our health and safety conditions to leave the studio.

Animals are not permitted in the studio. 

Cancellation and refunds

All classes/workshops/events and memberships are non transferable or refundable. Missed classes/workshops and events will not be refunded or credited.

The fee paid by me for participation in Soul Tribe Studio classes, workshops or events is non-refundable. Soul Tribe Studio in their sole discretion may grant refunds to me without prejudicing any of their rights. 

Soul Tribe Studio reserves the right to cancel any students membership, pass, event, or retreat booking, without explanation. Refunds will be given at the studios discretion. 

Membership terms

On signing our membership agreement your membership will continue on a week to week basis until terminated. All terms and conditions agreed to in this membership will apply until your membership is terminated.

MEMBERSHIP INCLUSIONS

Your Soul Tribe Membership includes unlimited classes, two free guest passes per month and 2 free guest passes per month. 

SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP

You may elect to suspend your membership for a period of 7 days to 90 days up to 4 times a year. Suspension requests must be submitted by email to hello@soultribestudio.com.au 7 days ahead of your intended suspension period. Extensions to suspension periods will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Your membership may be cancelled by giving 4 weeks notice. Cancellation notices should be submitted in writing and delivered by email to hello@soultribestudio.com.au

Weekly will continue to be deducted until the 4-weeks notice has expired and your termination date is effective.

Privacy policy

We are committed to safeguarding personal privacy. We recognise that individuals have a right to control how their personal information is collected and used. Providing personal information is an act of trust and it is taken seriously. We will not collect or monitor any personal information about an individual without their consent. The only personal information collected is what has been provided voluntarily. Personal information will be used for the following purposes:

  • To fulfill the obligations of your membership

  • To provide information about products, service and/or special offers

  • To obtain opinions or comments about products and/or services

  • To record statistical data for marketing analysis

We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information recorded, and to keep this information accurate and up to date.

Liability disclaimer

By attending a class, workshop or event at Soul Tribe Studio I hereby agree that the following terms and conditions have been read and understood by me.

  • I am participating voluntarily in classes, workshops or events offered by  Soul Tribe Studio

  • I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by Soul Tribe Studio and their associated teachers, as to when, where, and how to perform and not to perform the Yoga Exercises.

  • I agree and acknowledge that participation in any Yoga Exercises could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognize, accept and assume this risk and warrant that I am physically fit and able to perform the Yoga Exercises without risking serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I acknowledge that neither Soul Tribe Studio, associated teachers, staff or employees shall be nor be deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract of in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishap I sustain arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the Yoga Exercises.

  • I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction in Yoga Exercises and theory only. Soul Tribe Studio associated teachers, staff or employees of Soul Tribe Studios  are not liable for, nor are expected to provide any advice, training or medical assistance other than in the form of Yoga Exercises.

  • I indemnify and will at all times hereafter well and sufficiently indemnify and keep fully indemnified Soul Tribe Studio associated teachers, staff or employees of Soul Tribe Studio  from and against all actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, claims, costs and expenses whatsoever which may be taken or made against Soul tribe studio, associated teachers, staff or employees of Soul Tribe Studio  or incurred or become payable by Soul Tribe Studio associated teachers, staff or employees of Soul Tribe Studio  in connection with or arising out of any such injury, illness or mishap to me.

  • I indemnify  Soul Tribe Studio associated teachers, staff or employees of Soul Tribe Studio against any loss or damage of my personal belongings that may arise through my attending this event, class or workshop.

These terms and conditions are to be governed by the laws of NSW and any action related to these terms and conditions shall be venued solely in New South Wales. 

We have not waived our rights if we do not enforce any right contained in these terms and conditions during a particular timeframe. The most up to date version of these terms will always apply.
