Pregnancy and Post Partum Pilates 6 week course with Joelle

Exercise during and after pregnancy have many benefits for overall health and wellbeing.

Soul Tribe Studio and Tidal Physiotherapy will be offering a 6 week exercise series for women looking to maintain fitness during pregnancy or looking to get back to safe exercise post partum.

Pilates allows you to reconnect to your body, relearn how to activate and use your core through every day movement and build strength during and after pregnancy. Following an initial 1:1 consult, you will receive a program that will progress over the 6 weeks to improve overall strength and mobility, preparing you to continue your at-home self practice or begin joining our weekly scheduled classes.

All participants will be asked to complete an initial consult with our Physiotherapist, Joelle, prior to beginning classes.

6 week course commences Wednesday 27th January and runs for 6 consecutive Wednesdays 2.00 pm - 3.00 pm

Investment: $310 (includes initial one to one consult)

A small, intimate group, capped at 10 students. Bookings essential.
