The Remedy Class is a process driven class based on self-enquiry methods combined with a somatic movement practice building strength, flexibility and physical and mental resilience.
The Remedy's creator, yoga teacher Justine Janssen says that this unique class is crafted from her own experience of turbulent times, and how they served as the gateway to her own empowerment.
