Yoga Nidra explores a guided body scan usually lying down supported by props of your choosing. Followed by a guided yoga nidra meditation to encourage a relaxation response, decreasing anxiety, increasing quality of life, bringing more joy and well-being into your life. Week by week we will delve into different themes to incorporate this healing practice into your life.
