2.5 hour workshop to introduce to yoga props and how to use them in practice.
Vanessa will take you through each prop in the studio and how they support practice.
The first part of the workshop you will explore different asanas and try out techniques with props to find the sweet spot of the pose. You will feel empowered to modify your practice to reflect the nuances of your body, your mind, your breath. This is what is meant by phrases like "it's your practice" and "listen to your body".
The second part of the session will be a hatha sequence providing you with the experience of making your own modifications so that you can take this with you into classes and your home practice.
