This experience starts with storytelling. Learn the origin myths of six Hindu Goddesses and how they show up in your everyday life. You will bring the stories to life through movement as Clare leads you through a creative shakti awakening sequence.

After this energetic flow you will no doubt feel the power moving through your body as Vanessa guides you into a meditation that brings the story and movement into a full embodied experience.
