We are holding a FREE community open day on Sunday 9th January and would love to invite you all. This is an opportunity to see the studio, get a feel for our classes, meet the teaching team, meet new friends and enjoy some music and delicious food.

12.40-1.10: Breathwork with Justine

1.10-1.40: Chanting with Deepika and Clare

1.50-2.20: Ashtanga Yoga with Kimmy

2.30-3pm: Mary Yin and Sound Healing

This is a free event to celebrate our wonderful, vibrant community and bring in the new year with love and gratitude for this place, the practice and each other.
