Join Clare for a fun movement session to stretch it out and shake off the day. We will stretch and salute the sunset in the beautiful Broulee Brewhouse garden before gathering for a drink and a catch up. Lots of non-alcoholic options available too! There's nothing I love more than movement and bringing people together. I'm so excited to share this Sunsest Session with you all!
