The pelvic floor is really the foundation of the whole body. When the pelvic floor is out of balance you loose the foundation that supports all body movements throughout the day.
Some people experience this as a weak pelvic floor (incontinence) or an over toned (tight) pelvic floor. Both of these common issues cause physical and emotional distress, as you feel out of control.of your own body and how it functions.
In this workshop you will learn poses, breathing techniques and daily habits to support a balanced pelvis.
