My dear friend Vanessa Forbes (who some of you may know from the sound healing she ran at the studio in March last year) and her husband Steve have recently purchased ‘Murrah Dream Retreat’.
Vanessa & Steve are incredibly gifted musicians and will be providing live music throughout the weekend, including a Saturday evening sound bath, and Yin & sound journey.
This retreat centre is an absolute dream. Driving down the Tathra/Bermagui road is an experience in itself, the land is just so stunning. You take a little dirt track at Murrah for about 2 ks that leads to the most incredible property I’ve ever seen.
The property backs onto a private beach that you can only access from their house. This is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen with the clearest turquoise water.
Hang out in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, swim in a lotus flower lake, all natural, and a purpose built yoga shala that has incredible acoustics!
This is not your average retreat centre!!
We can host 13 guests at Murrah.
We have a surprise guest chef creating the most exquisite meals & sumptuous deserts for us all. All food is gluten free, locally sourced, vegetarian and full of love.
The retreat schedule will be paired back to give you lots of opportunity to enjoy the private beach, lounge poolside, meditate by the lotus pond (this place is honestly a portal to another dimension!!) and simply enjoy this majestic land.
We will gather Friday afternoon for the welcome circle. After dinner enjoy a candlelit Yin with live sound healing.
Every morning we will meet for meditation and Clare’s signature Soul Flow 2 hour movement practice in the shala. We will meditate with the rising sun!
Then we will enjoy a long breakfast together. The day is then yours to read, lie in the sun, walk along the beach, swim, spend time alone, spend time together, totally your choice! Lunch will be served outside, overlooking the ocean
In the late afternoon we will gather for an al-fresco ecstatic dance with live music, followed by dinner, and Yin Yoga with Sound Bath.
