About Nick:
Nick is a classic enthusiast of human movement, growing up with it thread throughout his whole life.
Yoga’s static poses have interested & influenced Nicks practice of flow for years, always learning to adapt to abilities while teaching whether in a gymnastic setting, acrobatic or martial art - these positions have grounded his focus and allowed room for infinite play.
Along the journey of teaching he’s recognised some key points that he’d love to share..
The goal is simply to share the joy of being upside down more often, enjoying the process & influencing others to believe in the impossible
