Throughout the workshop there will be theory, discussion, yoga practices and rituals, to integrate and practice the teachings as you are engaging with them and leave you with knowledge of how to weave this wisdom in to your life. If you feel to join us, it is a requirement to attend both days of this workshop.

Anki Groening is a mother, birth worker, women’s mystery facilitator and devotee to the teachings of Mother Earth. Anki found her path of healing and awakening through her own rites of passage of womanhood, inspiring her to continuously expand into the mystery of life, bringing her into deeper alignment with the Sacred Feminine. Anki is passionate about bringing women together to heal and remember their power and divine feminine wisdom, connect with the sacredness of their bodies and menstrual cycle, celebrate and honour rites of passage and grow a strong and connected sisterhood. Anki’s work is informed through the teachings of nature, the divine feminine and the medicine wheel of life.

Sara is a mother of two, Yoga and Meditation teacher, weaver and supporter of Women’s Mysteries work. She lives on the land where she embraces natural and sustainable living practices and is passionate about creating opportunities for women to come together to share, heal and awaken to the inner and outer landscapes of wisdom and beauty, that invoke a desire to create positive and meaningful change within and without.

After 15 years of practicing Yoga, Sara completed a 2 year diploma of Yogic Studies in Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga in 2015. She went on to study in Yoga for Womens Wellness, as well as Pre and Post Natal Yoga and now specialises in these areas teaching from a place of embodied experience as a woman, in tune with her rhythms and cycles. Sara teaches from her heart, inviting the student to deepen their self awareness and create a loving connection between mind, body, heart, energy, breath and Spirit.
