During this session we’ll join our voices in the healing practice of Kirtan, through chanting yogic mantras. These devotional mantras represent aspects of ourselves and allow us to reconnect with that peaceful place within, and each other. We’ll also explore the stories and mythology behind the mantras to give you a deeper understanding of these chants, how the mantras relate to who we are, and ultimately getting to know yourself on a deeper level.
This is a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental space. Whatever you believe in, whether it’s a higher source, the universe, nature, yoga, love or something else, we can offer our prayers through mantra to that place of higher connection.
No experience is necessary - just a willingness to open your heart and mind.
It’s not about what your voice sounds like - it’s about letting go, staying open, recognising that we all have an inner song to be expressed, and we’re simply creating vibration and sound, TOGETHER... because it feels good and it allows us to touch in on deeper places
within ourselves.
The session will end with a sound healing meditation journey using crystal sound bowls, Native American Flute and Koshi chimes.
This experience is an opportunity to slow down, create space and de-stress, to then step back into your life, feeling more calm, clear, content and inspired to be your best Self.
