SACRED SOUND EXPERIENCE  

Time: 2 hours  

Saturday 8th June - 6:30pm-8:30pm  

Investment: $49 

This experience brings together my love of sacred sounds from different modalities and lineages - yoga, shamanic and earth-based medicine sounds.  

PART 1 - CHANTING  

We’ll begin this session joining our voices in the healing practice of chanting. These devotional mantras represent aspects of ourselves, bring us back to the joy in our hearts and allow us to touch in on deeper places within. The practice also reunites us in community.  

We’ll also explore the stories and mythology behind the mantras to give you a deeper understanding of these chants and how the mantras relate to who we are.  

PART 2 - SOUND HEALING  

The second part of the experience will be a sound healing meditation journey using crystal sound bowls, Native American Flute, medicine drum, Koshi chimes and jaw harp.  

This experience is an opportunity to slow down, create space and de-stress, so you can step back into your life, feeling more calm, clear, content and grounded.  

This is a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental space. When it comes to the devotional mantras, whatever you believe in, whether it’s a higher source, the universe, nature, yoga, love or something else, we can offer our prayers through mantra to that place of higher connection.  

No experience is necessary - just a willingness to open your heart and mind.  I can’t wait to co-create this experience with you!
