Community Needling

Drew & Liz will be offering Community Needling sessions on Saturday 27th June at Soul Tribe Studio, 57 Beach Rd 11.30am - 2.30pm.

What is Community Needling?

We offer group needling session with treatments done lying down on a yoga mat. You will receive acupuncture and dry needling with others at the same time, lying comfortably on a yoga mat.

This allows Drew & Liz to offer Needling at an affordable price to as many people as possible.

Why acupunture & dry needling?

Stress Relief: For many it’s been a very stressful time, if you feel a bit out of sorts, anxious, worried, frustrated or simply pissed off then this treatment is for you. We will use major points that have been used for thousands of years to relax the mind, soothe the body and release built up stress and tension.

These treatments are based on classical acupuncture formulas that have been used for centuries which Drew & Liz can be modified quickly to suit your individual needs.

What should I wear? loose comfortable clothes where sleeves and pants can be rolled up past knees and elbows.

How long is a treatment: allow for 45 minutes

Do I need to book: no, simply drop in. Last treatments begin at 2pm so please arrive before that.
