Kids Yoga 6 Week Course with Vanessa Willis
Yoga helps children to get to know their inner self and make friends with their feelings and thoughts. Through embodied learning and lots of fun children have an opportunity to cultivate the most important relationship they will ever have - the one with Self.
Over 6 weeks children will :
- understand what it means to take good care of our bodies, minds and hearts
- build physical and emotional awareness
- learn to pause and take a deep breath
- link physical movements (the yoga poses) with breath and awareness
- build their 'mindfulness muscle'
Start: Tuesday 11th August - Tuesday 15th September
-Time: 4:00 pm (45 mins) - 4:45 pm
-Duration: 6 weeks
-Age: 5- 8 years recommended but all welcome
-Cost: $65 per child for 6 week course
