Join us for a weekend of nature connection, bushwalking, yoga, meditation, candlelit Yin, fireside stories, exquisite food, naps, chill time and all your favourite peeps. This is our opportunity to ‘attend to what we intend’, take a sacred pause and recommit to cultivating the life we really want to live.

Please note, if for any reason COVID restrictions come back into force, or for any other reason are unable to run the retreat, you will get 100% full refund including your deposit so don’t worry.
Investment includes:
Exquisite, nourishing organic, vegetarian meals and snacks (mainly gluten free, all dietary requirements catered for) provided by our resident chef, Anna Gooch-Andrews. Food is medicine, and the medicine will be plentiful.

FRIDAY
Arrival from 3.30pm
Opening Circle
Evening dinner followed by candlelit Yin & Meditation
SATURDAY
morning: meditation & pranayama, followed by a long, juicy vinyasa session with Clare
A luxurious breakfast
A guided bush walk to Durras Mountain with picnic lunch
OR
Free time to nap, read, sit by the fire, snack and lunch in the cottage
afternoon: Yin & Deep Relaxation with Clare, nature mandalas
evening: sumptuous dinner followed by ecstatic dance (dress ups optional!)
SUNDAY
morning: meditation & pranayama, followed by a long, juicy vinyasa session with Clare
