Learn the foundations of a regular yoga practice. Feel amazing! Are you brand new to yoga? Been wanting to try it out for a while but feel nervous about joining a class?
Not sure what to expect? This is the 6 week course for you. You don't need to be flexible to practice yoga. You only need to be willing.
Join Vanessa for a supportive and fun workshop introducing you to the transformational practice of yoga. Attending regular yoga classes can sometimes be daunting, so we have designed a 6 week course to put you at ease.
This course is limited to 14 students for maximum learning.
This course has been designed for: -absolute beginners -those wishing to go back to basics with their yoga practice -over 65’s and all ages -people with conditions which may prevent them joining regular classes -anyone who feels insecure about being in a group class or new environment -anyone wanting an understanding of the fundamental and underlying principles of yoga -anyone simply keen to get back to yoga at this very gentle, introductory level
We will break down: -Week 1: the foundations of alignment and breath -Week 2: standing poses -Week 3: Balancing poses -Week 4: Hip openers & forward folds -Week 5: Backbends -Week 6: inversions and meditation
Cost: $190 or $150 concession
