When you are attuned to Reiki, your body’s energy channels become more opened and clearer, increasing the flow of universal life force for yourself and as a channel for others. From the time of the attunement and through the rest of your life all you need to do to connect with Reiki is to place your hands on yourself or someone else and it will flow automatically.
Reiki is a very relaxing form of stress relief that creates a safe and nurturing environment for the body to carry out its own natural process of self-healing. It is also a wonderful addition to other alternative and holistic therapies, and for yoga and massage studios.
This complete training method is a full day course which includes learning the history of Reiki through to guidance and tuition on how to treat a client using the correct hand placements. We will explain how Reiki relates to the energy centres (chakras) and organs. You will learn how to use a pendulum for energy sensing.
