Prenatal yoga promotes the connection between mother-to-be and baby. Yoga is often recommended while pregnant to prepare your body, mind and spirit for birth and motherhood.
The class will offer practical skills for birthing including breath awareness, strength, flexibility and exercises you can practice at home. We will work together to remove fear and anxiety and deepen your understanding of your body and inner wisdom.
Sessions will run at 11am every Sunday!
