WORKSHOP: INSPIRE YOUR SEQUENCING with Kacey Janeen

This workshop is meant for yoga teachers of all movement styles, and was designed to spark your creativity, ignite your personal practice and inspire your sequencing. Together we’ll discuss a multitude of ways to sequence, as well as what to do and where to go when you’re feeling in a rut or creatively uninspired. Walk away eager to roll out your mat, and ready to move and play in a way that brings you joy.

We will not be discussing any “guidelines” or “rules”. Instead, you’ll get a tool belt full of spices, herbs, dressings... all ready to zest up your personal style (i.e. how YOU like to sequence, theme, hold space and move). If your creative flame is burning a little dull, or you’re simply hungry for more movement and teaching inspo, this workshop is for you. (Oh and it’s 100% free! Score.)

Materials: Bring a journal and pen for notes. We won’t be practicing, though dress so you’ll be comfortable seated.

For Students: While our focus will be on teaching, students looking to advance, inspire and diversify their personal practice are more than welcome to join! This will be a beneficial workshop if you’re considering participating in a Teacher Training, as well. Either way, we’d love to have you!
